D’Angelo entered as a wildcard because of his unpredictable style and aggressive attacks when he returned to NXT.

Jacy Jayne will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Kendal Grey and Lola Vice in a Triple Threat Match. Jayne is having a strong second run as the NXT Women’s Champion, easily defeating her opponents with the help of her Fatal Influence teammates, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. Grey and Vice fought for the No. 1 Contender spot. A simultaneous pin and submission led NXT General Manager Robert Stone to turn it into a Triple Threat Match, setting the stage for a tough challenge for Jayne. Will Jayne continue her impressive run, or can either Grey or Vice upset her and become NXT Women’s Champion?

Tatum Paxley is determined to reclaim her NXT North American Championship after Blake Monroe took it from her two weeks ago at NXT in Houston. That night, Paxley beat Izzi Dame in a Steel Cage match to keep her title, but The Glamour attacked her afterward and left with the championship. Thanks to Shiloh Hill’s tracking skills, Paxley located Monroe’s hideout and tried to get her title back, but she was unsuccessful. Their face-off the following week also didn’t help her reclaim the championship. Can Paxley get her title back, or will Monroe become a two-time NXT Women’s North American Champion?

Johnny Wrestling is back and will challenge Myles Borne for the NXT North American Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver. After reflecting on his career during a stint on SmackDown, Gargano returned to NXT and entered the Gauntlet Eliminator Match. The NXT legend outlasted Dion Lennox, Charlie Dempsey, Jackson Drake, and Shiloh Hill to secure this championship opportunity, marking his biggest win in months. Can Gargano become a champion again, or will Borne prove that this era of NXT is his?

Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes will defend the NXT Tag Team Title against Los Americanos, the winners of the NXT Tag Team Tournament. Rayo Americano and Bravo Americano surprised the NXT Universe when they replaced Eli Knight and Speed Champion Elio LeFleur in the tournament. They showed they deserved their chance by beating The Culling and Birth Right. Can The Vanity Project hold off this serious threat, or will the luchadors win their first championship?

Best friends turned enemies Sol Ruca and Zaria will look to settle their differences on NXT’s biggest stage, Stand & Deliver. Ruca, a former NXT Women’s North American Champion and Speed Champion, dominated NXT in 2025. This led to growing jealousy from her friend and teammate Zaria. Zaria finally snapped, delivering a powerful Spear and ending Ruca’s hopes of winning the NXT Women’s Championship. Will Ruca put Zaria behind her for good, or will Zaria prove she belongs among the top NXT Superstars?

A significant 10-Person Mixed Tag Team Match will happen on the NXT Stand & Deliver Countdown Show. Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair, Hank & Tank, Shiloh Hill, and EK Prosper will go against TNA Knockouts Champion Arianna Grace, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Lexis King, Uriah Connors, and Charlie Dempsey. Birth Right has been vocal about their opinions on their peers, and this makeshift team will try to silence them for good. Which dream team will come out on top in St. Louis?
